- Am I organized enough to be effective?
- Do I hold myself to a high enough standard of performance that I can be there every day? Can I provide the consistency they deserve?
- Am I in a season of life that I can devote the time and effort?
- Am I here for the right reasons?
We can teach you the rules through ODJFS. We can teach you our policies and how we do things. But if you don't show up with all the intent to be positive and effective - we can't teach you that, and we won't be a good fit.
